My remedy for colds is fresh oranges or grapefruit for a daily flow of vitamin C and it has worked for me for 20 years without a single cold. If we are tee-total on safe food, then I believe we can enjoy 100% health and longevity although it is impossible to eat out and to eat safe. I'm having some trouble with downtime on my cable Internet access and may switch to a telephone line by January 1st. AT&T is now my long distance carrier but is so hard to get credits from if a call is incorrectly charged. A local report last evening about some concern that had someone using their credit card to call on their number, a credit card issued to their telephone number which carries a higher rate of about 75 cents per minute, they could not get credit from AT&T for this abuse of their telephone long distance calls privilege. Cable is saying that in one year they will have long distance calls at 1 cent per minute. May the God of heaven give us wisdom and knowledge to live and to let live.
